About Me

Hi! I’m so glad you’re here.

My name’s Leslie, and this little shop was born out of a very big love—for animals, for people, for the planet, and for living with purpose.

When I’m not designing tees or hunting down amazing thrift finds, you can usually find me out on the streets feeding and rescuing stray dogs in my community. I do it every day, rain or shine. These animals come from tough, often heartbreaking situations, and I do everything I can—out of my own pocket—to get them healthy, safe, and ready for a forever home. That means medical care, spay/neuter surgery, microchipping, and working with local adoption centers to find the right match.

But honestly? It’s more than one person can afford. So I started this store.

Here, you’ll find custom-designed t-shirts and novelty items inspired by the very animals I rescue. Each design is meant to reflect the unique personality of an individual animal, and when you buy a product, your money goes directly toward helping them—medical bills, food, care, and everything in between. It’s a way to wear your heart on your sleeve and literally save lives.

I also created a special corner of the shop called Nifty Thrifties—a curated collection of secondhand treasures that I personally select, sanitize, steam, restore, and repackage so they look and feel like new. It’s my way of loving the planet while offering people stylish, sustainable options that don’t break the bank.

Outside of the shop and rescue work, I’m a big believer in holistic healing and mindful living. I’ve spent the last nine years studying metaphysics, quantum physics, and natural ways of healing body and soul. I’m into meditation, brainwave syncing, crystals, and energy balancing—and you’ll find a few carefully chosen wellness products here that reflect that part of my journey too.

As for me personally? I’ve spent most of my life dancing, singing, performing, raising my four amazing children, and doing everything I can to live from the heart. I’ve danced ballet, tap, jazz, and acro for 18 years, trained and competed in roller skating at the Junior Olympics, ran a small dance studio, and even performed in off-Broadway musicals as a kid. These days, I keep it simple—karaoke nights and caring for my furry family at home.

This store isn’t just a business—it’s a lifeline. For the animals, for the planet, and honestly, for me too.

Thanks for being part of it.

With love,
Leslie
